Return & Refund Policy

At Shah Ghouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our food, and we strive to ensure every meal meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

1. Dine-In Orders

  • All dine-in food is prepared fresh and served promptly.
  • Once the food has been consumed or partially consumed, it is not eligible for return or refund.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please notify our staff immediately so we can address your concern on the spot.

2. Takeout & Delivery Orders

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect dish, or quality concerns), please contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery.
  • To process a refund or replacement, we may request photos of the item(s) or a return of the uneaten portion.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued at the discretion of the management based on the nature of the complaint.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or special orders
  • Orders where the majority of the food has been consumed
  • Orders with complaints made beyond the acceptable time window

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed online or by phone can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided the food preparation has not yet begun.
  • Once preparation starts, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
